Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer. Delivery is carried out throughout Lithuania. In most cases, orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped on the same business day.
Products are delivered worldwide to the address specified by the Buyer. For deliveries within Europe, orders are shipped using the courier services DPD or Zasilkovna. For destinations outside of Europe, shipping is carried out by DHL Express, EMS, or local postal services, ensuring reliable and secure delivery.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. For Europe, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, while international deliveries outside of Europe may take longer depending on the courier and local customs processing. Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped, allowing you to monitor your shipment.
If you choose the payment method “cash on delivery,” this option is only available for orders within Europe. The exact payment amount must be prepared and handed to the courier upon delivery. For international orders, payment must be completed in advance using one of the available online payment methods.
Products are reserved and delivery is initiated only after payment for the products is received. Once your payment is received, you will be sent an email confirming the shipment of your order.
If the products you ordered are not in stock, we will inform you immediately and arrange a suitable delivery time with you. However, we will do everything in our power to ensure that your products reach you as quickly as possible!
